KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Hotels & Resorts has signed a three-year agreement with hospitality technology solutions provider Amadeus to deliver a comprehensive technology solution which enables them to streamline reservations and loyalty programmes across Sunway Group's 11 independent properties in Malaysia, Cambodia and Vietnam.
In a joint statement today, both parties said as part of the three-year agreement, the hotel group will implement Amadeus' iHotelier central reservation system, guest management solutions, and website management solutions in various phases.
