IJM to develop retail mall, convention centre in George Town

KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Corp Bhd has secured a RM864.7mil project to develop an 11-storey retail mall and convention centre in George Town, Penang.

The project was awarded by IJM Perennial Development Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between IJM and Singapore-listed Perennial Real Estate Holdings Ltd.
