KUALA LUMPUR: AT Systematization Bhd (ATS) has announced its intention to acquire Pearl Glove (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, an industrial glove maker with a manufacturing facility in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
The company said it had "entered into a letter of intent" (LOI) with Aaron Khoo Teng Soon, a representative of the shareholders of Pearl Glove with the intention of acquiring the entire company.
