PETALING JAYA: UEM Sunrise Bhd has unveiled the master plan of its latest integrated township Kiara Bay, with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM15bil.

Kiara Bay is a 73-acre mixed development comprising residential units and commercial space, built on the concept of urban liveability.
