UEM Sunrise unveils Kiara Bay in Kepong, GDV RM15b

Kiara Bay, which is an integrated township in the heart of Kepong, will have a total gross development value of RM15bil.

KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd unveiled on Thursday its integrated township in the heart of Kepong, Selangor – Kiara Bay – with a total gross development value of RM15bil.

The company said on Thursday Kiara Bay is its latest flagship development consisting of residential units and commercial spaces. The first phase of Kiara Bay is targeted to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2023.
