Quick take: DeGem shoot up 24% on privatisation offer


KUALA LUMPUR: Legion Master Sdn Bhd, the major shareholder of DeGem Bhd, announced a privatisation plan, sending its share price up 24% at midday on Thursday.

The jewellery manufacturer saw its shares jumped 24.1%, or 20 sen to RM1.03 with 78,700 shares traded. It is currently trading at a PE ratio of 33.73 times.
