KUALA LUMPUR: TH Plantations Bhd has issued a show-cause letter to its chief financial officer Mohamed Azman Shah Ishak over the findings arising from the recent forensic audit conducted by the company.

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia on Friday, TH Plantations directed him to provide a written reply to the show-cause letter within 14 days.
