YTL reports net loss of RM43.36mil


Despite the challenging market conditions both in Malaysia and Singapore, YTL Corp said it remained positive that its property offerings across these markets would continue to draw buyers.

PETALING JAYA: YTL Corp Bhd recorded a net loss of RM43.36mil in the fourth quarter ended June 30, pulling down its earnings significantly for the entire financial year of 2018 (FY18).

The conglomerate said its bottom line for the final quarter fell into the red as compared to a net profit of RM229.33mil in the previous year’s corresponding quarter.
