has a fight on its hands after the biggest shareholder of MBM Resources Bhd rejected its offer to take over the company.
The diversified group, however, has not given up on its intention to take control of MBM and gain a higher stake in carmaker Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd (Perodua).
