Ringgit higher on improved demand

Will the ringgit weaken in the wake of the US tax reforms and interest rate hikes?

KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit rebounded to be higher against the US dollar early Friday today on improved demand, said a dealer.

At 9.12 am(0112 gmt), the ringgit stood at 3.9410/9450 against the greenback from Thursday's close 3.9540/9570.
