Mah Sing launches ‘Reinvent Affordability’ campaign

PETALING JAYA: Property developer MAH SING GROUP BHD will be launching its “Reinvent Affordability” campaign today, which covers its four upcoming new launches across Peninsular Malaysia.

In a press release, Mah Sing said that the campaign is in line with its aim to develop more affordably-priced homes to cater to the market’s supply and demand gap.

The “Reinvent Affordability” campaign covers the property developer’s four new launches namely M Centura, Sentul; M Vertica, Cheras; M Vista, Penang; and Fern phase 2 in Meridin East, Johor.

Mah Sing expects the projects to see a strong take-up rate, as they have recorded high registration of interest prior to the launch.

According to Mah Sing group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum, the property developer aims to offer affordable residential products without compromising the quality and facilities to further enhance the life of homebuyers.

“The implementation of the campaign is one of our steps in achieving our goal to enable everyone to own a home.

“Moving forward, we want to position Mah Sing as the leading developer in the nation for affordable homes.

“Previously, home buyers expect such product specifications to be made available only at above RM1,200 per sq ft.

Now, for our new launches at starting prices of RM328,000 and above, we are able to provide buyers with a freehold KL address, badminton court, basketball court, efficient unit layouts, automated waste disposal system, three-tiered security integrated with community mobile application and more,” he said.

Leong added that Mah Sing’s move to focus on developing affordable homes was primarily attributed to the supply and demand gap in the property industry. On average, about 118,000 households are formed yearly, against the supply of 85,000 completed new houses annually between 2012 to 2014.

Along with its “Reinvent Affordability” campaign, home buyers can also benefit from Mah Sing’s “RM23mil Rewards Reloaded Incentive” campaign, which is ongoing until Dec 31.

The campaign, which is applicable for Mah Sing’s 29 existing projects, offers a RM23mil pool of incentives which comes in the form of cars, furnishing packages and interior decoration vouchers. In addition, Mah Sing will also be giving away gold bars to its buyers.
