Court approves Airtel Bangladesh merger with Robi

PETALING JAYA: The Bangladeshi high court has approved the merger of Airtel Bangladesh with Robi.

The merger will take effect four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the judgement related to the approval of the proposed merger upon completion of all the conditions precedent.
