CIMB sets up Chevening-CIMB Asean scholarship fund

KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Group has established the Chevening-CIMB Asean Scholarships after signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the United Kingdom’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).

The new scholarship fund was created in the spirit of the Chevening Scholarships under the Chevening Awards Scheme, which is the UK government’s international scheme targeted at the leadership development for outstanding candidates since 1983 with funding from the FCO and partner organisations.
