Enra to collaborate with AWT on O&G projects

PETALING JAYA: Enra Group Bhd has entered into a heads of agreement (HoA) with AWT International (Asia) Sdn Bhd with the intention of targeting more oil and gas projects, specifically Petronas-related jobs.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Enra said it would collaborate with AWT to form a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to be the project management vehicle on well, platform and field abandonment/decommissioning projects with any direct or indirect subsidiaries of Petronas.
