MWE expanding textile operations


NIBONG TEBAL: MWE Holdings Bhd is investing US$7mil (RM29.3mil) to expand its textile business, which includes setting up a new plant in Vietnam.

Group managing director for MWE’s wholly-owned subsidiary United Sweethearts Garment Sdn Bhd (USG) Tang Chong Chin said the company would focus on its textile division, the core business of MWE, to drive growth.
