KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit was slightly higher against the US dollar in early trade today on mild demand for the local note as some investors remained cautious on the greenback.
A dealer said some investors were reluctant to accumulate the US dollar ahead of the outcome of the US Federal Reserve policy meeting.
