Sunway REIT’s Q3 profit dragged down by hotel and office segments

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) posted a net profit of RM56.82mil for the third quarter (Q3) ended March 31, down 2.8% from a year earlier mainly due to lower net property income (NPI) from the hotel and office segments.
