PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Steel Works (KL) Bhd
(Masteel) is delaying the filing of its annual accounts as well as the auditors and directors’ report for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2014 (FY14).
The company said in a stock exchange filing that the annual accounts would be delayed beyond the filing deadline of April 30, 2015.
