Indonesia’s Cipta Srigati Lestari in RTO of Visdynamics (Update)


KUALA LUMPUR: Indonesia’s largest smartcard manufacturer PT. Cipta Srigati Lestari is undertaking a reverse takeover (RTO) of Visdynamics Holdings Bhd which will see it listing on Bursa Malaysia.

Cipta’s CEO Steven Chandra said on Tuesday the RTO is a major strategic step for Cipta, “allowing us to benefit from the improved visibility and other advantages of being a public company, for our business scale-up and to accelerate growth”.
