KUALA LUMPUR: Telekom Malaysia Bhd has inked an MoU with TIME Dotcom Bhd to build a 3,500km submarine cable system called Sistem Kabel Rakyat 1 Malaysia enhancing the connectivity among Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.
