CIMB, Mitsubishi set up joint venture

KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Group Holdings Bhd has signed a joint venture agreement with Mitshubishi Corp to set up a joint venture.

CIMB-MC Capital Ltd will be a 50:50 joint venture between CIMB Strategic Assets Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned unit of CIMB Group, and MC Emerging Capital Partners BV, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
