Fernandes outlines India plans

NEW DELHI: Making Bangalore an international aviation hub, forging a tie-up between his budget hotel unit and that of Tata’s, and selling expensive sports cars in India are among AirAsia group chief executive officer Tan Sri Tony Fernandes’ plans in India.

In an interview with The Economic Times, Fernandes said he was considering a tie-up between Tune Hotels and Tata Group’s Ginger Hotels.
