Dialog forms 2 subsidiaries


KUALA LUMPUR: Dialog Group Bhd has incorporated its two wholly-owned subsidiaries in Malaysia, namely Pengerang Terminals (Five) Sdn Bhd (PT-5) and Pengerang Terminals (Six) Sdn Bhd (PT-6).

Dialog said PT-5 and PT-6 were each incorporated with an authorised share capital of RM400,000 divided into 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which two ordinary shares have been issued and fully paid-up.
