KUALA LUMPUR: The Securities Commission has charged two former directors of Silver Bird Group Bhd -- Datuk Jackson Tan Han Kook and Derec Ching Siew Cheong - with providing false statements relating to the company's revenue.
The SC said on Wednesday Tan, 59, and Ching, 51, were each charged with seven and eight counts respectively, of furnishing false statements relating to the revenue of Silver Bird in 2010 and 2011, to Bursa Malaysia.
