Digistar in central monitoring tie-up


PETALING JAYA: Digistar Corp Bhd has signed an exclusive agreement with Digistar Vision Sdn Bhd in a related-party transaction to represent the former to provide surveillance camera monitoring services in Malaysia.

The agreement, signed via its wholly-owned unit Rauland Asia Sdn Bhd, will see the group jointly collaborate with Digistar Vision to jointly develop the Central Monitoring System (CMS) technology and solution and market the CMS services to the public.
