KFC, QSR to be delisted on Thursday


KUALA LUMPUR: Both KFC Holdings (M) Bhd and QSR Brands Bhd will be delisted from Bursa Securities effective Feb 7 following the completion of a massive RM5.12bil buyout.

In late-2011, JCorp, the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and UK-based CVC Capital Partners teamed up in a US$1.65bil (RM5.12bil) offer to buy the businesses of KFC and QSR.
