Shareholders seek EGM to remove four Metronic Global directors


KUALA LUMPUR: Metronic Global Bhd's board of directors is facing opposition from two shareholders, owning not less than 10% stake, who are seeking an EGM to remove four directors.

The company said on Friday it had received a letter from the shareholders to remove the chairman Tan Sri Kamaruzzaman Shariff; executive vice chairman Datuk Abdul Gani Yusoff; executive director Liew Chiap Hong and independent non-executive director Mohd Kamal Omar.
