KUCHING: Rimbunan Sawit Bhd
will pay RM12.7mil cash to acquire a 15% stake in PJP Pelita Biawak Plantation Sdn Bhd from Lembaga Amanah Kebajikan Masjid Negeri Sarawak (LAKMNS).
With the acquisition, which is expected to be completed by June 30, Rimbunan Sawit will increase its shareholdings in PJP to 85%. PJP owns oil palm plantation in Biawak, Kuching.
