PETALING JAYA: Ruby Quest Bhd, a manufacturer and integrator of air, liquid and gaseous filtration systems, has proposed to acquire 30% of the enlarged capital of NGL Technologies Sdn Bhd for RM500,000 cash.
The proposal is part of Ruby Quest's strategy to continually identify and take on new opportunities that will broaden its income and revenue base and enhance shareholder value.
