SENAI: Courts Mammoth Bhd is working hard on cutting its bad debts while improving its credit portfolio to enhance profitability, said chief executive and managing director James Edward Friel.
To address its bad debt issue, he said the company had implemented several strategies including appointing a credit director and head of the collection department, and establishing a call centre in Kuala Lumpur.
