THE SSL Group of Companies is targeting to develop its 404.69ha of land bank in the next 10 years, group general manager Soh Oon Hai said.
He said there was great demand for properties in the areas where the company's land bank was located, such as in Kedah, and towns like Taiping, Sungai Siput, Chemor and Bidor in Perak.
