YTL Power International Bhd, YTL Cement Bhd, YTL Land Development Bhd and YTL e-Solutions Bhd have successfully completed the subdivision of their share capital.
This is expected to enhance the affordability and attractiveness of the shares to existing and potential investors. Existing shareholders would benefit from greater participation in the equity of the group.
The share subdivision would also increase the liquidity and marketability of the companies’ shares and lead to a wider shareholder base. The subdivided shares will be re-listed on Bursa Malaysia at 9am on Monday.
