TEBRAU Teguh Bhd sees its on-going Bayou Bay mixed property project getting a further boost from the proposed second bridge at Permas Jaya.
Executive director Ishak Mohd Sharif said another bridge was necessary as the existing one over the Tebrau River connecting Permas Jaya and Johor Baru city centre about 5km away – could no longer cope with the traffic volume.
