SINGAPORE: Mobile phone operator Maxis Communications Bhd said yesterday it was open to a partner buying a stake in the company.
“We are open to someone taking a stake in Maxis, but it's not about cash or funding, but more about whether the other party can provide value-added and synergy to the company,” Maxis chief executive Jamaludin Ibrahim told Reuters on the sidelines of an Asian telecoms conference.
