DEVELOPERS have lauded what they describe as “very pro-active measures'' by the government to boost the housing and property sectors.
“The Harapan programme will benefit the property sector greatly as it enhances the ability of the lower income group to purchase a home, thus increasing the demand for housing units,” MK Land Holdings Bhd executive chairman Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal Abu Bakar said.
