Symphony signs SP to buy Malaysian Issuing House

SYMPHONY House Bhd has signed the sales and purchase agreement with vendors of Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd (MIH) on the proposed acquisition of its entire issued and paid-up share capital. It comprises MIH's 2.5 million ordinary shares of RM1 each. 

The vendors are Commerce International Merchant Bankers Bhd (CIMB), and AmMerchant Banker Bhd, which both hold 637,500 units of ordinary shares or 25.5% each, Affin Merchant Bank Bhd, Public Merchant Bank Bhd, RHB Bank Bhd, Southern Investment Bank Bhd and Utama Bank Bhd, each hold 245,000 ordinary shares or 9.8%.
