Wall Street ends mixed, Nvidia lifts Nasdaq


The S&P 500 edged down 0.01% to end the session at 6,114.63 points. The Nasdaq gained 0.41% to 20,026.77 points, while the Dow declined 0.37% to 44,546.08 points.

NEW YORK: Wall Street stocks ended mixed on Friday, with Nvidia climbing and Microsoft dipping, while Treasury yields declined a day after US President Donald Trump unveiled reciprocal tariff plans but stopped short of imposing new ones.

Yields across government bonds slipped for a second straight day after data showed US retail sales fell more than expected in January, dropping 0.9% last month after an upwardly revised 0.7% increase in December.
