CTOS Digital raises stake in RAM to 8.1%


KUALA LUMPUR: CTOS Digital Bhd has upped its stake in RAM Holdings Bhd by an additional 3.5%, bringing its total shareholdings in the bond rating agency to 8.1%.

In a statement, the group said it acquired the 350,000 shares in RAM from Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Bhd for RM7.6mil, to be funded by cash raised from its recent initial public offering (IPO).
