MARAWI CITY, Philippines: The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has proclaimed the winners of five of nine parliamentary district seats in the historic Bangsamoro parliamentary elections in Lanao del Sur in southern Philippines.

Mohammad Nabil Mutia, Comelec provincial election supervisor, identified the winners as follows:
