India test-fires medium-range ballistic missile


NEW DELH:  India on Thursday successfully test-fired the medium-range ballistic missile "Agni-4" from its integrated test range located in the eastern state of Odisha, according to a statement from the Ministry of Defence.

The launch, conducted under the aegis of the Strategic Forces Command, successfully validated all operational and technical parameters, the statement said. - Xinhua
