Two women in Osaka found lying on floor bleeding, later pronounced dead


OSAKA, (Japan): Two women, believed to be adults, were found collapsed inside an apartment in Izumi, Osaka Prefecture, on Wednesday (April 8). Both were later pronounced dead at the scene.

At around 12.30pm on Wednesday, the police received an emergency call from a man reporting that “a woman was lying on the floor bleeding” in an apartment in the city.

The identities of the two women and the circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.

The apartment is in a residential area about 1 kilometer southeast of Kita-Shinoda station on the JR Hanwa Line. - The Yomiuri Shimbun
