BANGKOK: An alleged gunman who shot at a motorway rescue team in Pathum Thani, causing panic and the closure of 17 schools, has surrendered to police after realising the disruption caused by his actions.
The man, who fled the scene, turned himself into police on Wednesday (Feb 18) afternoon.
