Indonesian President sees 'Board of Peace' charter as step towards lasting Palestinian peace

JAKARTA: Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto has described the signing of US President Donald Trump's ‘Board of Peace’ charter as a historic step, voicing hope it would ease conditions in Gaza and pave the way for a lasting resolution for Palestinians.

Prabowo said the initiative offered a genuine opportunity to advance peace efforts and further improve the humanitarian situation in Gaza.
