Three killed in North China building fire

TAIYUAN, (China): Three people were killed in a blaze on Wednesday evening in Linfen City, North China's Shanxi province, according to local authorities on Thursday (Dec 11).

The fire broke out in a building in the Yaodu District at around 8pm on Wednesday (Dec 10) and was extinguished about six hours later.

Three people in an internet cafe on the second floor died in the accident, according to the publicity department of Yaodu.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. - Xinhua
