Four Chinese nationals arrested for kidnapping and human trafficking activities in Cambodia

PHNOM PENH (Khmer Times): The Cambodian special police squad has arrested four Chinese nationals for the kidnapping and human trafficking of three people in the city.

On September 17, 2025, at 1am. residents reported that in front of the Diamond Casino in Village 4, Sangkat 4, Preah Sihanouk City, a group of unidentified Chinese suspects had kidnapped a Chinese national, put him in a car, and then fled.
