Thai-Cambodian fake news spreads: Government urges caution

BANGKOK: Thailand’s Anti-Fake News Centre has detected 33 false news items related to Thai-Cambodian relations, with a key piece of disinformation being the claim that “six border checkpoints have been closed.”

Authorities confirm that all checkpoints remain fully operational.
