Universities urged to facilitate students affected by Harvard ban


THE Educa­tion Bureau of Hong Kong said that it had called on universities in the Chinese territory to attract top talent following a ban on Harvard University enrolling foreign students.

US President Donald Trump’s administration had recently revoked Harvard University’s ability to enrol new international students and is forcing current students of foreign nationalities to transfer to other schools or lose their legal status to be in the United States.
