Three people including teen dead while two others injures in Philippine capital fire


MANILA (Bernama-Xinhua): A fire broke out in a residential neighborhood in the Philippine capital Saturday afternoon, killing three and injuring two others, the Bureau of Fire Protection said.

The bureau said the victims, aged 52, 40, and 12, were trapped in the houses that gutted the area in Valenzuela City when the fire broke out past noon local time.

Firefighters have put out the fire. The bureau is still determining the cause of the blaze that affected 51 families or 155 residents. - Bernama-Xinhua
