Brunei enhances early weather warning system


BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN  (Xinhua): The Brunei Meteorological Department continues to strengthen the ability of the early weather warning system to provide accurate and fast information on weather to the public, the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications said in a statement on Saturday to mark the World Meteorological Day.

The ministry said one of the key components of this effort is the Brunei Meteorological Department's colored warning system, which helps the public understand the level of weather warning strength and take appropriate precautions.
