Catholic priest knifed to death in Myanmar


YANGON: A Roman Catholic priest was knifed to death in his church in Myanmar by members of an anti-junta rebel group, an official and the head of the country's bishops conference said.

Father Donald Martin Ye Naing Win was attacked on Friday (Feb 14) by 10 people from a "people's defence force" (PDF) in central Sagaing region's Shwebo township.
